Gift of Love - Night Butterfly Fairie

Just wanted to share the gift my daughter received for her confirmation from her Godmother and our guest blogger - Pam.

My daughter is a Fairy nut, so this beautiful piece was perfect. Lucky me - I get to have it hanging in my living room until my daughter leaves home and decides she needs to take it with her (if I let her).

Shown here with Pam. Isn't it wonderful? Please feel free to leave comments!

Click picture to see slightly larger image. I'll try to get DH to take bigger picture of just the design and post that later.

Pam stitched this design from the Lanarte book called Butterfly Fairies. It is book 3698 published by Leisure Arts. The designer is Maria van Scharrenburg.

Thank you all for your nice comments. It has been a joy to watch my god daughter grow into a young lady who is beautiful inside and out. Each stitch was a prayer for her and a joy to do.

The designer is Maria van Scharrenburg. Lanarte does production and marketing of her designs. To read more about her and see her other designs, go to Lanarte.com.
